The Company
Fizeo Works is jointly owned by Skye and Jon Renes who also own and operate a successful phyiostherpy clinc in Auckland. The main offices for Fzeo Works are located in Dyer Street, Whangarei, with a satellite clinc at Maungatapere just out of Whangarei. The Fizeo Team specializes in musculosketel physiotherapy treatments and provide Fitness Plus health gym facilities. Fizeo works offers qualified physiotherapists for wide range of services including acupuncture, manipulation, mobilization, rehabilitation and massage. Fizeo Works is an accredited ACC treatment provider for injuries covered by ACC.
The Challenges
Operating upstairs with patient therapy rooms and a gym facility located downstairs, Fizeo Works needed to ensure that they had telephone communication connecting both floors, but with the building having extremely thick concrete walls it wasn't a straight forward job.
The Solutions
After consultation with Fizeo owners, Northcom designed and implemented a cabling infrastructure within the building for telephone and computers to operate effectively, and help connect upstairs and down. Northcom's telephone system solution and infrastructure for a computer network enabled both areas ease of use and optimal functionality.
